3D PT offers professional physical therapy and rehabilitation services for individuals recovering from injuries occurring in the work place, on the field, on the road, or at home. We use a 3 Dimensional approach to treatment by challenging the body in all planes of motion, the sagittal plane, the frontal plane, and the transverse or rotational plane. By assessing each of these motions in various joints, we can work through the full kinetic chain and target the true mechanism of injury. The body works as an integrated functional unit and a weak link in the system can cause problems, pain, and dysfunction in one or multiple areas of the body.

It is the goal of 3D physical therapy to determine the mechanism of injury, place the body in a safe, positive environment, and progressively work through an exercise program that will ultimately promote faster healing, stronger joints, and a higher level of function. We also use traditional modalities such as electric stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold therapy when appropriate or ordered by a physician.

We primarily treat musculoskeletal issues, specializing in low back pain. At 3D you will learn how to take care of your injury, how to work smart, and how to manage your overall health. We do not treat an area without addressing the rest of the system. Therefore ankle sprains, elbow tendonitis, and sacroiliac dysfunctions are all addressed through full body routines. We separate ourselves from other healthcare professionals by looking at the whole picture and not only the specific injury that you may have. Physical Therapy has never been practiced like this and our patients are the beneficiaries.

The Therapy is headed up by Noel Tugwell who has earned a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. He has many years of experience working with industrial injuries, athletic injuries, automobile accidents, and many other medical conditions.
